Full Residential Home Inspection
This is the most common inspection service which typically takes 2-3 hours depending on the size and condition of the home. A full home inspection consists of an extremely thorough visual inspection of a homes structural components and mechanical systems, with a detailed same-day report documenting important information and defects found at the time of inspection. A complimentary basic thermal imaging service is also included which will identify roof leaks, plumbing leaks, missing insulation and more.
4-Point Inspection
A 4-Point Inspection may be required before your insurer will offer a policy for an older home. A 4-point inspection is a less comprehensive inspection designed for insurance purposes only, which consists of a limited visual survey of the four main systems:
- Roofing
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- HVAC
Wind Mitigation Inspection
A wind mitigation is a visual examination of a properties structure to determine its stability in the event of strong winds. Wind mitigation inspections may be required by insurance companies in order for clients to gain coverage. When providing the insurance company with our report, clients may receive significant savings as credits are applied if certain criteria are met.
