Here at Highbury Home Inspection we understand the importance of purchasing a home, after all it is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. That is why we will inspect your home as if we were buying it, ensuring a highly-detailed same-day report to help you make the best possible decision. Certified through InterNACHI (the largest home inspection organization in the world) and AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training) our inspector George has performed many inspections over the years, from Michigan to Florida, he has the required experience and skills necessary to identify a wide range of defects found in homes. 

Although we are a small family-owned business, we believe in delivering first class customer service, that is why we are available 7 days a week to provide professional inspections to our clients. We take pride in our work and are more than happy to answer any questions or concerns on site, or even months down the line, giving our clients the peace of mind they deserve. We are also proud to offer discounts to veterans and currently active service members!

Based in Davenport, we serve the Central Florida areas including Polk, Hardee, Highlands, Osceola, Orange, Lake, Sumter, Hillsborough, Pasco & Seminole Counties.
